The Federation’s CU Breakthrough approach
The CDFI specialists on the CU Breakthrough team can help you navigate the CDFI Fund’s complex application process.  The Federation has developed proprietary methodology to help you obtain certification based on a statistically valid, random sampling of borrower’s income data to determine market eligibility.  Using this CDFI Fund-approved methodology, the Federation has assisted over 100 credit unions with CDFI certification and awards.
