Capitalization Program Investments are approved by a Capitalization Program
Committee consisting of individuals with significant expertise and experience in
the credit union movement. The
members of the Committee are neither on the Board of Directors nor member of the
Staff. This committee meets four times per year to assess and approve the
investments requested and to review other indicators and policies. All
awards of Capitalization products are approved by this committee.
