The Federation's Board of Directors is elected by our Policy Members at our yearly Business Meetings, held during our multi-day Annual Conferences on Serving the Underserved. All directors are either staff members or volunteer officials of their credit unions, ensuring that the Federation always remains accountable to the grassroots institutions that make up our membership. Directors may serve up to three, three-year terms.
The Board of Directors chooses its own officers, who make up the Executive Committee. Officers serve renewable one-year terms.
