Terri J. Fowlkes, Director of the Federation’s Community Development Investment Program, is proud of the team she’s built. “We are very excited to have our team at full strength,” explained Fowlkes, “As our investment program has grown, the amount of time required to manage those investments has also increased. The addition of Lloyd’s extensive finance and nonprofit experience, combined with the realignment of Onika’s duties and additional support from Carol, will help us continue the program’s steady growth, benefiting CDCUs nationwide. The skills they bring are a boon to the Federation and to the CDCUs who participate in our investment program.”
